As previously advised, we have a busy Captains Day for our opening Ulster Senior League fixture against Instonians.

There will be a two course pre-match lunch (£20 per head) hosted by our new President Tony Heffernan (let's hope he's got new jokes...). It promises to be the perfect appetiser ahead of the main event when we welcome Instonians to Upritchard Park after a break of several years.
